How does Avantix Innovation price a project?
Every project is quoted individually. After a free consultation on WhatsApp or a call, Avantix agrees a written scope covering features, timeline, and what is needed from your side, then gives a fixed quote for that scope before any work starts. Ready-built products run on a subscription; custom systems and AI projects are quoted per project.

When both sides see a fit after that first chat, we meet to understand your process and people in detail.

We map the workflow and agree what version one must do — features, timeline, cost, and what is needed from your side — in writing before work starts. IoT projects include a site survey.

Quote questions
Why don’t you publish a price list?
Because two systems with the same name can differ tenfold in effort: the number of users and sites, the integrations with your accounting or ERP, the data to migrate, and how much of an existing Avantix product can be reused. A published figure would be wrong for most projects, so we give a written quote for yours after a free consultation.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or call, describe what you want to build or fix, and we will tell you honestly what it takes and how long. There is no charge and no obligation.
Is the quote fixed?
The quote is based on a written scope that lists what version one must do. Work inside that scope is covered by the quoted figure; anything added later is quoted separately before it is done, so there are no surprise bills.
Are there running costs after launch?
Ready-built products have a subscription that includes hosting and product updates. Custom systems have hosting and support arrangements agreed in the scope. Third-party costs, such as WhatsApp message fees charged by Meta or AI model usage for high volumes, are stated in the quote.
Can we start small and grow later?
Yes, and we recommend it. Start with the part that solves the biggest problem, for example one AI workflow or one department’s system, and extend once it has proven its value.
